Palmar is a gated residence located in Tres Palmas, Rincón, Puerto Rico. We crafted both the logo and brand identity, as well as the entrance of the residences, to reflect the opulent vision the client envisioned for this property.
Logo System
Palmar's logo evokes the image of palm tree shadows being cast on top of tranquil beach waters. We have developed a logo system based on this concept, enabling the residence to showcase their brand across a diverse range of mediums and spaces.

The fences of the Palmar complex were designed with inspiration drawn directly from the natural elegance of palm tree leaves and their intricate shadows. This design choice reflects the essence of the complex's name, "Palmar," and establishes a seamless connection between the architecture and its surroundings.
